Pastor Matt has been the Lead Pastor at Paragon Church since its "birth" in 2010. He has been happily married to Christy for over 27 years and they have been doing ministry together since before they were married. They have seven kids (Camden, 24 serving in the USAF - Payton, 19, a sophomore at UNM - Maylee, 17, a senior in High School - Levi, 14 - Endale, 13 - LillyAnn, 13 - and Glory Kate, 8) plus one daughter-in-law, Cecelia (married to Camden since 2024).
WORSHIP LEADER -
kyle hoover
Kyle has served as worship leader of Paragon Church from 2021 until 2024 and again starting in September 2025. He started in music ministries at the age of 12 in Texarkana, Arkansas and continued in Rio Rancho, NM, leading music for children’s, youth, Adult worship teams. Kyle is a graduate of Grand Canyon University. He has a passion for ministry, especially music and youth. He is an avid football fan and enjoys watching the Dallas Cowboys and Texas A&M
